before sunrise
by Carolinei watched before sunrise yesterday afternoon, the first time i’d seen it. it was a little hard to separate ethan hawke’s character in this movie from his character in reality bites, but that’s forgivable. i loved the movie — it reminded me of the times i used to stay up all night talking to someone, the sometimes-false sense of closeness that it gives, the different ways those situations played out.
